Can you build a new website for me?

Can you redesign my website?

Yes! Of course, I can do that too!  I have the technology! 😉  Keep in mind, I do work exclusively in WordPress, so if you need your website redesigned you will need to move it to the WordPress platform.  I would be happy to assist you with this!

I don’t want a maintenance plan.  I just need you to make some one-time changes to my website.  What do I do?

No problem!  Please call me or contact me and describe what you need done.  I will give you a time estimate.  Then head over to Development Hours, scroll down to the One-Time Block of Development Hours, and sign up for the number of hours you need.

My website has been hacked!  Can you help me?

I hope you have recent backups! 😉  Yes I can help. Please call me or contact me so I can assess the damage and give you a time estimate*.  Then head over to Development Hours, scroll down to the One-Time Block of Development Hours, and sign up for the number of hours needed. *Since there are several factors involved in recovering a hacked website, I cannot give a completely accurate time estimate.  It really depends on whether or not you have recent backups.  If you do, it may take only 1 hour to get back up and running.  If you do not have recent backups, it could take several hours to get your site back up and running.

Got Questions about Monthly Maintenance Plans?  Here are some answers!

How many websites can I put on one maintenance plan?

You are allowed only 1 website per maintenance plan that you signup for.  If you have 2 or more websites, you will have to sign up for a maintenance plan for each website.  Keep in mind: when you sign up for a specific maintenance plan all of those maintenance tasks are done on each website.

How does Emergency Support work?

My hours are M-F, 9am-5pm.  If you have signed up for the GEEK King Monthly WordPress Website Maintenance Plan, and you submit an Emergency Support request after hours (evening and/or weekend), I will respond as soon as possible to the request.  However, due to the variable complexity of issues, I provide no guarantee on the timeframe of when an after hours support request will or will not be resolved.

What are Basic Site Updates and when will they be completed?

If you have signed up for the GEEK King Monthly WordPress Website Maintenance Plan, you get 60 minutes of Basic Site Updates per month. Examples of within scope Basic Site Updates are, within limits, adding a page with basic content, adding a photo gallery, adding a sidebar, changing text or photos on the website, etc.  Examples of out of scope Basic Site Updates are, building a new website, major website redesign, adding full eCommerce functionality to your website, custom theme development, custom plugin integration, and similar.

Regarding the timeline for Basic Site Updates, I am a 1 man shop and have several projects on my plate at once.  So I can plan accordingly, I will need at least 5 business days notice before you need your Basic Site Updates completed.  Please plan ahead!

My Basic Site Updates hours rollover each month.  How many Basic Site Updates hours can I use at one time?

Each request for rolled over hours will be limited to 3 hours of development work.

Do you guarantee your Monthly Maintenance Plans?

Yes I do!  If you are not fully satisfied with my service to you, you may receive a full refund within 30 days of starting your service with me.
